Michelle Sheppard knows more than most the challenges some people in our diverse communities may face. She spoke to us about the importance of diversity and inclusion and our All Aboard program. As the proud operators of the world’s largest tram network, Yarra Trams values the representation of people from diverse LGBTI+ backgrounds, both in our People, and the Melbourne community we service. All Aboard is a celebration of the LGBTI+ diversity of our People and of our Melbourne community. It is a symbol of the inclusion we strive for at our workplace and on our trams across our network. And All Aboard is our commitment to making sure everybody feels welcome on board a tram.
