I tell stories.

Because behind every conversation about leadership, inclusion, identity, or culture, there’s a human story driving it. And that’s where the real work happens, not in theory or polished messaging, but in the lived experiences that shape how we see the world and each other.
My storytelling draws on real moments, some funny, some uncomfortable, some deeply personal, to open up conversations that matter. Whether it’s through podcasts, speaking, writing, or live discussions, the goal is the same: create connection, challenge thinking, and make space for more honest dialogue.
I believe people don’t change because they’re told to, they change when something resonates. When they recognise themselves in a story. When something feels familiar enough to reflect on, and different enough to learn.
